Last remaining unit of the calligraphic wall panel displaying the first surah from the Holy Quran, surah Al Fatiha. This is also the first chapter that was revealed completely and is the base of the daily prayer.

      Product description

Surah Al Fatihah is the first surah that was revealed completely and in some opinion, it was sent down even twice, once in Mecca and once in Medina. adding even more importance to this opening surah of the Holy Book.

      It is obviously the most repeated surah in the life of a believer as it is used in every daily prayer as well every time when starting to read the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran itself refers to it as the seven often repeated verses in surah Hijr15:87;

This calligraphic panel reflects surah Al Fatihah expressed through relatively easy to read calligraphic writing.

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. 1:1

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - 1:2

The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 1:3

Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 1:4

It is You we worship and You we ask for help. 1:5

Guide us to the straight path – 1:6

The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favour, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. 1:7

NB: No translation of the Holy Quran can reflect the full debts of its original revelation in Arab and always has to be considered as one of sometimes multiple meanings or ways of translating that is possible when translated in any language.

"..it is the surah that make this panel beautiful beyond possibility of appreciation and I kike the wood too. Keep the good job up by supporting the projects of social impact.."
