It can happen that you have bought something through our shop that you wish to return. As a buyer, you have this right but there are certain rules that apply.
According to the EU regulation the private buyer has the right to return any purchase made through the internet during a period of 14 days as long as it remains in original and unused condition. We offer the possibility to do this during a period of 30 days as part of our service.
Of course, exceptions confirm the rule and more relevant to this website is that all the items related to nutrition and medical items are delivered in numbered sealing in order to guarantee the hygiene. If this sealing is broken than the product from these product categories can not be returned anymore.
The right to return only applies to private purchases delivered within the EU. This rule does not apply to professional purchases. In case when an order is being exported outside of the EU, for both private as professional purchases, it will be considered as delivered at the time when the export is realized considering the fact that the local import is always at the cost and risk of the buyer.
In the case that your return complies with these rules, it can be registered within 30 days after the purchase through your customer account and returned in the following 14 days to the indicated shipping address. Please note that the cost and the risk of the return shipment are for the account of the buyer. Only upon the reception of the returned goods and when all the above-mentioned conditions have been met, will the purchase amount of the returned goods be refunded within 14 days after notification of the return.
Any return that has not been accepted for whatever reason, will be kept during a period of maximum 90 days in which it will be available for the buyer to have it picked up.
