Fructus Alchimia means in Latin "alchemy of fruit" en that is exactly what this division of NATURALIS product lines brings forward in form of artisanally prepared fruit jams and syrups.

Grandmothers natural homemade jams or fruit extracts are very rare nowadays. Unifier.ONE has been able to find some remaining treasures from the past and offers through this section natural jams and syrups preparations from organically grown fig, strawberry, raspberry and chokeberry just the way they tasted a few centuries ago. From raspberry and chokeberry also sirup and concentrate are available.

All the jams are produced using organic fruit going through an "alchemical" process in the same place where the fruit has grown and done by the same people responsible for taking care of it since it was a seed. They make sure to keep this artisanal process local, modest and in the same family tradition were it lives since ages. Last but not least, the fruit is free of pesticides and full of love for the tradition and the artistic process of fruit alchemy.

Of course, there is no use of animal-based gelling agent or gelatine as this product is halal for consumption by Muslims. Just a minimal quantity of pectin and sugar has been added to the fruits as required to allow the transformation into jam. With the fig jam, this is not the case as the property of this fruit allows it to be produced without additives other than a touch of cinnamon just for the accenting the taste.

Looking at modern science we can conclude that all the fruits that are used in these jams and detox or sirup drinks have amazing antioxidant properties supporting our health.
